i dont know why the religious leaders of obc was say like this. i just start to make conversation with my bloggfriends,
The leaders are react very shamefully against the report of creamy layer.they say creamy layer limit should be increase , if they have any common or social interest over the religious thoughtsthey never say like this.

bcoz i know the lots people are lying below the poverty line. they are from ,everycast and every religion.
